Apricot Or Orange Fruit Gelatin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small or 1 large Jell-O
    2 c. hot water
    2 c. cold water
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
    2 bananas (optional)
    2 c. mini marshmallows (optional)
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 c. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.
    Add cold water.
    Allow to thicken.
    Drain pineapple; add to gelatin and congeal until firm in 7 x 11-inch pan.
