Mr. B'S Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. round steak, chuck roast, etc., cut into 1/2-inch cubes
    1 large onion, sliced and finely diced
    1 or 2 fresh jalapenos, sliced
    2 Tbsp. garlic, chopped
    1 Tbsp. canola oil
    2 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 can beer
    4 Tbsp. hot chili powder
    2 Tbsp. cumin
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. Tabasco
    2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 tsp. red pepper flakes
Preparation
    Brown the meat in the oil (in batches) along with the other first 3 ingredients. Mix the remaining (last 7 ingredients on list) together in bowl and allow to stand 2 to 3 minutes.
