Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

1 can chunk pineapple
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 sleeve Ritz crackers
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. self-rising flour
Preparation

Drain can of pineapple. Set juice aside. Melt butter and mix with sugar. Stir in pineapple with sugar and butter. Mix. Sprinkle flour in as you stir in these ingredients. Crush Ritz crackers. Stir in crackers and cup of shredded cheese to the mixture. Add 1 tablespoon of pineapple juice to mixture. Put in casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Can be served warm or cooled.
