Potato Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 c. cereal, crushed
1 small onion, chopped
2 eggs
5 to 6 boiled and mashed medium potatoes
1 1/2 c. cheese (your choice)
parsley flakes

Preparation

Mix raw hamburger, onion, cereal and eggs.
Press into pie plate.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Peel and boil potatoes, mash while still hot and stir in cheese.
Pour potato and cheese mixture into meat shell.
Top with additional cheese and parsley. Bake until warm again and cheese on top has melted.
