Upside-Down Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef or Italian sausage
    green peppers
    onions
    2 jars Pizza Quick sauce
    mushrooms
    pepperoni
    Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 beaten eggs
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with green peppers and onions.
    Drain, then add Pizza Quick sauce and simmer 10 minutes.
    Put mixture in baking dish.
    On top of this, add mushrooms, pepperoni and Mozzarella cheese (whatever you like on your pizza).
    Mix flour, milk, oil and beaten eggs.
    Pour batter on top of mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
