Chocolate Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 Tbsp. cocoa (heaping)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Beat egg.
    Add sugar and oil.
    Sift dry ingredients and add to first mixture.
    Mix well.
    Add boiling water a little at a time and mix well.
    Add vanilla.
    Batter will be thin.
    Pour into lined cupcake tins.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Test with toothpick.
