Tofu Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 block soft tofu
    2 small boxes Jell-O gelatin (any flavor)
    1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
    2 (8-inch) graham pie crusts
Preparation
    Mix Jell-O with water (1 3/4 cups hot water and 1/4 cup cold). Cool gelatin.
    Mash tofu (drain liquid first before you mash it). Add tofu to gelatin, then add Cool Whip.
    Mix well.
    Chill for about 3 hours.
    Mixture will make 2 pies.
