Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken or 5 breasts, boiled, skinned and deboned
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed and diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of broccoli and cheese
2 c. cooked rice
1 small onion, diced
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, cubed
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. margarine (for greasing pan)
1/4 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix in a large bowl all ingredients, stirring until everything is thoroughly mixed.
Preheat oven to 250\u00b0.
