Grandmother Tucker'S Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. corn meal
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 pinch salt
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add sugar, vinegar and meal; mix.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Use 2 table knives to cut eggs into sugar, etc. (do not stir).
    Put into pie shell.
    Place in oven that has been heated to 375\u00b0.
    Immediately lower heat to 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes, or until set or top is crusty.
