Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. small zucchini
5 tomatoes, peeled and sliced
3 garlic cloves, cut up
1/2 bell pepper
1 Tbsp. oil
salt
pepper
1 to 2 lb. hamburger
1 onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook zucchini, tomatoes, garlic and pepper until tender in microwave or oven.
Brown beef and onion.
Put vegetables in bottom of bowl.
Add ground beef and chicken soup.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
