Sugared Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. pecans
2 c. sugar
4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. nutmeg

Preparation

Cook all ingredients except pecans to 230\u00b0 on candy thermometer. Add pecans and stir.
Pour out on waxed paper.
Break apart when cool.
