Herb Garlic Stuffed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 boneless chicken breasts
    1 (5 oz.) pkg. light Aloutte cheese with herbs and garlic
    Dijon mustard
Preparation
    Rinse chicken and pat dry.
    Slice pocket in breasts and fill with divided portions of 1 package of Aloutte cheese with herbs and garlic.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper and lightly brush on Dijon mustard.
    Heat heavy skillet over high heat.
    Place chicken in skillet on non-pocket side down and grill until golden brown (approximately 10 minutes).
    Turn and grill on other side.
    Cover chicken.
