Kev'S Famous Double Meat Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 lb. ground chuck
    1 3/4 lb. sirloin or round steak
    1 huge onion
    5 c. garlic
    1 medium green pepper
    1 pkg. McCormick Chili-O mix
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 jalapeno peppers
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. cider vinegar
    3/4 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/4 tsp. m.s.g. (optional)
    1/4 tsp. ground coriander or cilantro
    1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    3/4 c. beer
    1/2 c. Ro-Tel tomatoes and chilies
    1 can chili or kidney beans
Preparation
    In 2 pans brown and drain the meat.
    Cube sirloin first.
    In a large pot over low flame, combine chopped onion, green pepper and minced garlic.
    Add meat, spices, beer and tomatoes.
    Simmer for 2 1/2 hours or until thick.
    Add beans for 20 minutes to warm them and serve.
