1 baked pie crust or graham cracker crust
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 egg yolks
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
Preparation

Beat egg yolks.
Add milk, lemon juice and grated rind; mix well and pour on crust.
