Spiced Olives - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (7 oz.) jar stuffed olives
1/2 c. tomato juice
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
2 minced garlic cloves
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation

Drain the olives, discarding juice. Return to jar. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour over olives; close jar and refrigerate for 3 to 10 days, turning jar daily. Drain before serving. Yields 1 1/2 cups.
