Bacon And Cheddar Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 egg
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Line 12 muffin pans.
Mix all ingredients, except cheese and bacon just until moist.
Fold in cheese and bacon.
Divide batter in muffin cups.
Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
Cool and serve.
