German Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs (3 if small)
1 c. salad oil
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. apples, peeled and thinly sliced
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Pour eggs, oil and vanilla mixture into dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Add and mix 1/2 cup chopped nuts.
