Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    4 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 c. shortening
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 beaten egg
    3/4 c. cold water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix flour and shortening until crumbly.
    Beat egg.
    Add water and
    vinegar
    to egg.
    Mix in with flour and shortening. Makes 4 to 5 pie crusts.
