Steak Soup(For Crock-Pot) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. water
4 small onions, chopped
6 stalks celery, chopped
4 carrots, sliced
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
1 tsp. pepper
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
4 to 6 Tbsp. beef granules or dried au jus mix
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Put all ingredients except butter and flour in cooker.
Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours.
One hour before serving, turn to high.
Make a thickening of the butter and flour.
Stir until smooth.
Stir thickener into soup and cook on high until thickened.
