Chili Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Ortega chilies
    8 oz. cheese, cut in strips 1/4 x 3-inches
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 eggs, separated
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Stuff chilies with cheese strips.
    Process in blender the flour, salt, egg yolks and milk.
    Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in mixture.
    Grease casserole dish and place stuffed chilies in dish.
    Spoon mixture over chilies and bake 12 to 16 minutes or until set.
