Coconut Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine, melted
    6 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. coconut
    2 pie crusts (9-inch)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine sugar and melted margarine, then add eggs, buttermilk and vanilla.
    Combine coconut to mixture.
    Pour into pie shells.
    Makes 2 pies.
    Bake 45 to 55 minutes.
