Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. fresh mushrooms
    3 slices bacon, chopped
    1/3 c. finely chopped green onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. whipping cream
    3 drops red pepper sauce
    2 Tbsp. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Wash mushrooms and remove stems and chop fine.
    Place mushroom caps on paper towel.
    Microwave on Medium-high for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
    Microwave bacon until crisp.
    Drain.
    Add mushroom stems, onion, salt, pepper and red pepper sauce. Microwave on High until mushrooms and onion are tender (2 to 3 1/2 minutes).
    Blend in flour; stir in cream until smooth.
    Microwave on Medium-high 2 to 3 minutes, stirring once or twice during cooking time.
    Stir in cheese.
    Fill each cap with bacon/mushroom mixture.
    Place on microwave-safe plate and microwave on High for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.
    Rotate plate 1/2 turn.
