Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cubes chicken bouillon
    3 pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 stick butter
    1 small diced onion
    1/2 c. minus 1 Tbsp. flour
    1 pt. half and half
Preparation
    Dissolve chicken bouillon cubes in 3 cups boiling water.
    Add broccoli and cook until crisp-tender.
    Saute butter and onion. Add flour.
    Stir in half and half; stir constantly until thick. Add broccoli with water into pot with flour mix.
    Stir until well mixed and cook just a minute or two more.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Makes about 6 bowls.
