Beef And Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. pkg. Penn Dutch Egg Noodles
1 lb. Ground Beef
1 c. Onions chopped
2 cans (16 oz. ea.) Stewed Tomatoes
2 tsp. Chili Powder
2 tsp. Salt
1 c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cook noodles according to directions on box, drain.
In large skillet, brown meat and onions, stir in tomatoes, chili powder and salt.
Heat through. Combine with noodles.
Pour into a three quart casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes.
