Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. zucchini
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. oil
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Peel and grate zucchini.
Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Beat in sugar, oil and vanilla.
Stir in zucchini.
Add flour, soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
Mix together.
Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Cool in pans for 10 minutes.
Remove from pans and finish cooling.
