Rocky Road Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels or milk chocolate and peanut butter, about 8 to 4
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 c. dry roasted peanuts
1 (10 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows
Preparation

Melt in top of double boiler or microwave, the morsels, milk, and butter, 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir until thoroughly blended.
In large bowl, combine nuts, marshmallows, and chocolate mixture.
Spread in wax paper lined 9 x 13-inch pan.
Chill 2 hours or until firm.
Remove from pan, peel off paper, cut into squares. Cover and store at room temperature.
