Broccoli-Peanut Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 egg, well beaten
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. cheese, grated
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/2 c. chopped peanuts
    1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook broccoli in salt water until tender.
    Drain broccoli. Mix egg, mayonnaise, cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup grated cheese, grated onion and chopped peanuts in with broccoli.
    Top with 1/2 cup cheese and bread crumbs.
    Bake in greased casserole bowl for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
