Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 c. 100% bran cereal
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Combine raisins and pineapple; let set overnight.
    Beat together the first 2 ingredients.
    Stir in bran cereal; let stand 5 minutes.
    Stir together the flour, baking powder and salt; blend in brown sugar.
    Add bran mixture, stirring just until combined.
    Add pineapple-raisin mixture.
    Fill greased muffin pan cups 2/3 full. Bake in a preheated hot oven (400\u00b0) for 18 to 20 minutes, or until done.
    Makes 12 muffins.
