Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. grated cheese
2 Tbsp. green pepper
1/2 c. onion
1 small jar pimento (if desired)
1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. corn meal
1 c. milk
1 can creamed corn
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
Preparation

Mix together grated cheese, green pepper, onion and pimento and set aside.
Add sour cream, corn meal, milk, creamed corn, oil and eggs.
Pour meal mixture in half.
Pour in cheese mixture, then other half of meal mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
