Jo Anne Erkert'S Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
    10 oz. ketchup
    30 oz. water
    1 onion, sliced
    1/2 medium bell pepper, chopped
    3 lb. round steak
Preparation
    Cut steak into serving sized pieces.
    Flour steak and brown in a pan with the sliced onions.
    Combine all ingredients and simmer 3 hours.
    Remove lid for last 45 minutes to thicken.
