Saucepan Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. butter
    2 c. quick cooking oats
    1/4 c. peanut butter
    1 Tbsp. light corn syrup
Preparation
    Combine the first 4 ingredients in a heavy saucepan.
    Bring to a boil; boil 3 minutes.
    Stir in oats and peanut butter.
    Return to stove; bring to boil.
    Remove from heat; stir until slightly thickened.
    Drop by teaspoon onto wax paper.
    Cool.
    Yields 36.
