Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. shortening
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. hot water, mixed with 1 pkg. yeast
Preparation
    Mix all together in bowl.
    Set in slightly warm place for 2 hours.
    Knead slightly.
    Roll out with hands.
    Cut with biscuit cutter.
    Spread with butter and fold over.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
    These freeze well.
    Just set out to thaw for a few minutes before baking.
