Tuna And Macaroni Casserole(Yummy And Easy!) - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. bite size elbow macaroni
2 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
pinch of pepper
1/2 lb. American cheese
2 Tbsp. flour
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can tuna
Preparation

Cook noodles according to directions.
Rinse and drain thoroughly.
Melt butter in heavy saucepan.
Blend in 2 tablespoons of flour.
Stir milk in slowly; heat to simmering, being careful not to burn.
Add seasonings and cheese.
Stir until smooth.
Pour over cooked noodles in shallow buttered baking dish. Stir in soup and tuna.
Mix well; top with cracker crumbs.
Bake 20 minutes in 400\u00b0 oven or 10 minutes in microwave.
