Calaloo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 or 2 pkg. spinach or kale
4 slices bacon, fried and cut up
1/2 pkg. codfish
2 tomatoes, cubed
3 Tbsp. oil
dash of black pepper
dash of garlic powder
1 onion, cut up
Preparation
-
Boil codfish twice.
Pick apart with hand.
Put spinach in frying pan with oil, then add bacon, tomatoes and onion.
Saute. When onion is cooked, add codfish and cook for 5 minutes, stirring all the time.
