Ham Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 lb. ground ham
3/4 lb. fresh ground pork
3/4 c. cracker crumbs
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. black pepper
3/4 c. pineapple juice
3/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Mix meats, cracker crumbs, eggs, milk and pepper. Shape into loaf. Place in baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
