Baked Chicken With Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 to 3 lb.) cut up chicken or 6 to 8 chicken pieces (white or dark meat)
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 packet Butter Buds, dissolved in 1/2 c. hot tap water
lemon pepper shake-on seasoning
Preparation

Line a large baking pan with aluminum foil.
Place mushrooms in a baking pan.
Place chicken pieces on top of mushrooms.
Add lemon pepper seasoning.
Slowly pour Butter Buds mixture over chicken.
Fold aluminum foil over chicken and seal.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serve with rice or potatoes.
