Ingredients

1 box sugar-free vanilla pudding (cook and serve, not instant)
1/2 c. apple juice
2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix together dry pudding, juice and cinnamon.
Add cut up Granny Smith apples (6 apples).
Stir thoroughly.
Pour in bottom crust.
Dot with cholesterol-free butter.
Put on top crust.
Bake until done.
