Mush - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. yellow cornmeal
    4 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Bring water to a boil.
    Add salt.
    Slowly add cornmeal, constantly stirring (wire whisk works best).
    Continue stirring, until cornmeal thickens, about 5 minutes.
    Reduce heat and let simmer, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes.
    Let cool. Quickly add flour to mixture.
    Pour mush into an oiled loaf pan. Refrigerate overnight.
    Cut 1/4-inch slices, coat with flour and fry in oil or fat until golden and crunchy crust is achieved, approximately 15 minutes.
