Sweet And Sour Kraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sauerkraut, washed
    1 chopped green and red pepper
    1 chopped red onion
    1/2 c. salad oil
    2/3 c. vinegar
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Add all the vegetables and kraut together.
    Combine oil, vinegar and water; heat until hot.
    Pour over vegetables. Marinate well.
    Keeps for long time in the refrigerator.
