Brussels Sprouts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 stick butter or margarine
12 Brussels sprouts
1 lemon
1/2 onion, diced
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Melt butter in a saucepan.
Add sprouts, onion and seasonings. Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon over the sprouts in pan.
Dice the lemon peel and add 1 to 2 teaspoons to pan.
Cover and cook over low heat until tender, about 30 minutes.
Serves 4.
