Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. cocoa
pinch of salt
1 Tbsp. butter
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 baked pie crust
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Separate egg yolks and whites.
Beat egg yolks and mix with 1 1/2 cups of milk.
Add to dry ingredients. Cook until thickened.
When thick, add vanilla and a tablespoon of butter.
Pour into baked pie shell.
