Clay'S Jail House Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chili ground beef
    1 lb. lean beef, cubed
    1 lg. onion, chopped
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    4 jalapenos,chopped
    4 Tbsp. mild chili powder
    1 Tbsp. cumin
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    28 0z. plum tomatoes, crushed and well drained
    4 c. beef stock
    Salt to taste
    1- 16 0z. can dark red kidney beans, rinsed
    cayenne pepper to taste
Preparation
    In Dutch oven over medium heat, brown meat until all pink color is gone.
    Add onion, garlic, jalapenos, chili powder, cumin, oregano.
    Cook about 20 minutes until vegies are very tender. Stir in tomatoes.
    Add beef stock, bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat. Add kidney beans.
    Simmer 1 1/2 hours.
    Add cayenne pepper to taste.
    Serve hot with flour tortillas.
