    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen rhubarb
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. thawed strawberries
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. salad oil
    2/3 c. milk
    butter
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Use a 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
