Shrimp Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. cleaned, cooked shrimp, chopped
    1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. lite mayonnaise
    1 clove garlic, mashed
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    1/8 tsp. Worcestershire
Preparation
    Insert metal blade in food processor.
    Add all ingredients. Process until smooth.
    Line a 2 cup mold with plastic wrap.
    Leave extra to hang over edge.
    Spoon in mixture.
    Press to remove air spaces and to make a nice smooth shape when unmolded later.
    Chill 6 hours or overnight.
    Invert mold on serving plate.
    Peel off plastic.
    Garnish with parsley sprigs, cherry tomato halves and lemon slices.
    Serve with crackers or toast squares.
