Cornbread Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 stick margarine
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. sage or 1 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
dash of pepper
8 c. cooked corn bread crumbs
4 slices bread pieces
broth to moisten well

Preparation

Bake in turkey or by itself.
Double if turkey over 12 pounds.
