Meat Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1 onion
    1 bell pepper
    1 fresh tomato
    1 can mushroom soup
    2/3 c. uncooked rice
    1 1/2 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Fry chops until brown.
    Place in casserole dish.
    Over chop, place slices of onion, tomato and bell pepper.
    Sprinkle with rice.
    Mix soup and water; salt and pepper.
    Pour over pork chops. Cover and bake 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven.
