Pork And Lima Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. dry lima beans
    6 bacon slices
    2 lb. pork neck bones
    12 oz. beer or 1 1/2 c. apple juice
    1/3 c. molasses
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Soak the beans the night before and rinse in cold water.
    Cook in 6 cups cold water and boil 2 minutes.
    Remove and soak 1 hour.
