Do-It-Yourself Ice Cream Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    ice cream
    2 appropriate cookies (Oreo cookies)
Preparation
    Spread softened ice cream to the edge of any appropriate cookie (graham crackers are good, but most any will do, even Oreos).
    Press on top cookie gently.
    Wrap or stack in foil or plastic wrap and freeze.
