Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg yolks
small lump butter
1 lemon rind, grated, and juice
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Beat together egg yolks, butter and lemon.
Then add sugar, milk and flour.
Flour
into 3 stiffly beaten egg whites and pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
