Chinese Whiskey Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. top loin beef steaks (3/4 to 1-inch thick), cut in serving size pieces
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. sesame oil
    1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger root
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 green onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. whiskey
Preparation
    Marinate beef in remaining ingredients for 20 minutes.
    Grill or broil approximately 15 minutes.
    Garnish with fresh ground pepper.
    Sauteed mushrooms may be added.
    Serves 5 or 6.
